Custom Coloring Design Project
Three original illustrations created for Environment Oregon, to be used in their conservation efforts to Protect the Owyhee Canyonlands. This is part of an ongoing collaboration to create an educational art kit for teachers, leaders, and conservation activists. Hundreds of copies of the coloring pages have been distributed to raise awareness about the need to protect this part of Oregon.

Original logo Art
Logo design services to create a custom character for professional pet photographer, bringing the client’s vision to life with original artwork inspired by her and her own dog.
NBA Game Day Poster
Original artwork for Portland Trail Blazers Featured Artist Game Day poster. Hand-drawn illustration and graphic design, delivering a print-ready PDF for the Game Day Poster to be printed. Included delivery of a framed print signed by the players and gifted to a fan during the game.

Original illustration, photography, and graphic design for a local company’s new website and product labeling. The aim was for simplicity and clarity of message across website, logo imagery, written text, and product packaging.

About Mackenzie
Mackenzie Bakewell is the artist and author of the books Coloring the Cosmos, Unlocking Harmony, Journey of Colors, and Coloring is Good for You: 13 Reasons to Color Daily. Mackenzie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Oregon State University, where she studied New Media Communications. Her artwork and writings are inspired by a lifetime of exploring nature and new places with her camera and sketchbook in hand.
